A production house, not a flower shop.

Julia Di started Flowers Time in Toronto and brought it to Miami. Designers, florists, event coordinators and welders work as one team, so the drawing you approve is the room you walk into.

No two rooms are alike, so every room is quoted from its own drawing. These are the floors we work to, and we would rather you knew them now.

Nothing is booked until you approve a drawing and pay a deposit, usually 50 per cent.

    In person or on Zoom, with a short questionnaire about the day, the room and the budget.

  2. Custom proposal

    We develop the concept, talk budget openly and send a mock-up of the room.

  3. Styling

    Florals and decor are matched to your theme and colors, sourced through one studio.

  4. Set up and installation

    Our crew transports, builds, lights and welds on site, then takes it all down.

Questions we get first

How much does an intimate backyard wedding cost?

A small ceremony starts at $3,000: an arch for the vows, flowers along the aisle, a bouquet, delivered, set up and taken down. If you only want flowers, our smallest order is $1,200. A December date starts at $8,000, because that is when flowers cost the most.

How much does a small backyard dinner cost?

Our smallest flower order is $1,200, and a dinner for 15 with one long table, flowers down the middle and candles starts there. A backdrop, rentals or lighting are quoted on top, from the drawing. Setup and takedown are in every number.

Can I rent a stage, and what size?

Yes. We keep white round stages and deliver, set and strike them ourselves. Stock sizes are [8 by 8 ft] and [12 by 12 ft], both [12 in] high, to confirm. A stage on its own is quoted from the drawing; if flowers go with it, our smallest flower order is $1,200.

We travel the whole coast.

The studio is in Miami. Crews, structures and flowers go to venues from Key West to Clearwater.
