    In person or on Zoom. Bring references, the brand or the story.

  2. Set plan

    The location, the decor, the props, and a photographer if you need one.

  3. Vendors

    Flowers, rentals, cake, paper, hair and makeup booked and coordinated.

  4. Shoot day

    We build the set, restyle between looks and clear everything after.

How far ahead should we book?

About a month in advance, so there is time to plan the set and book the vendors. A first price comes within [two business days].

Can we use our own photographer?

Yes. The styling package is the same set and the same flowers, with no photographer included.

How do payments work?

A deposit of [50 per cent] on signing. The set is built and struck by our crew.

Do you style brand and advertising shoots?

Yes. We design sets, decor and full staging for brand campaigns and print advertising.

Can you shoot outdoors in summer?

Not between 11 and 3. Fresh flowers on a set wilt in [40] minutes in July at noon, so we schedule outdoor sets for the morning or the last two hours of light.
