Flowers Time started in Toronto and brought its event production and decor business to Miami. [year the studio opened in Miami to confirm]
Every event is drawn before it is built. A consultation in person or online, a questionnaire, a concept with a budget, then a mock-up of the room. On the day the same team installs it and takes it down.
Printing and fabrication happen in house, so the arch, the signage and the flowers all come from one studio.

What are your prices and payment schedules like?
Costs vary with the size and scope of every event, and we work within your budget. Weddings typically begin around $10,000; corporate, brand and social projects around $6,000. Payment schedules follow the event timeline, with a deposit to begin.
Do you provide rentals for decorations?
Yes, we provide decor rentals through our exclusive suppliers.
What is included in your setup services?
We have welders for advanced installations and an on-site coordinator for setup and teardown. The team is responsible for all the decorations, including florals, furniture, linens, tableware, stationery and backdrops. We deliver, set up every item and tear down after the event.
What kinds of events do you produce?
Weddings, corporate events and brand launches, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, anniversaries, private parties and styled photoshoots.
