What are your trade terms?

How much notice do you need?

Can you take a shorter lead time?
Often yes, when the studio is free. Ask, and the answer comes the same day.
Who is on site at load in?
The coordinator who drew the room, a crew lead from first truck to last, and welders for any structure over [8] feet. Rigging goes to the venue’s points, with its rigger if required.
What do you make in house?
Fresh florals, welded frames and stages, draping, event lighting, printed signage and menus, custom fabrication in wood, foam and acrylic, and plants and trees to rent.
